Question about sp_csq_all_fields

  1. Do reports show data aggregated according to the call start time? End time? Is this configurable?
  2. Does it return the same data as the report?
  3. We are planning to do integration by directly the uccx database stored procedure sp_csq_all_fields:
    1. Is there any security concern or other concern in directly connecting to this database for integration?
    2. Can you elaborate more on this database- is it used only for reporting? Or is it also operational?
