How do you create Jabber screen pops? (UCCX + Finesse)

Hey all,

I'm working on a service that uses the Finesse APIs. Ideally, what we want to do is have an external service hit Jabber and present a Support Agent with a screenpop asking them to either accept or deny a request. If they accept, it pops an external window.

We know how to hit the individual agent, but I can't find any decent documentation online around creating screenpops similar to the incoming inbound call screen pop for Jabber.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
