Retrieving recordings with different user

Login from  web, user login sees the correct recordings.

But the get recordings XML API always return the same list with different user id but same siteID

it's  calling Cisco WebEx API through some java api

with different users but the same recording list are returned.

But if login from the site, different user should see recordings.

Just wondering why are they different.
