ACI Simulator Sandbox Daily Issue

Does anybody know how to go about getting the ACI simulator reset? I've been using it consistently for the last few days but every morning it seems to go in a strange state. The login UI is presented but authentication doesn't work. The API is also unreachable. Sometimes it fixes itself (or somebody else does it) but it's very unpredictable.

Is this the always on versions or the reservable version?

Got you - Its a shared infra, so it could be the resoucres it sits on is running hot with users. From what i recall the UI and API use the same pools, so if someone is sending many API calls, others will get dropped and the UI lock up too.
