add multiple users to cisco sandbox to test call from softphones on two different PCs.

ok, so how do we solve this problem? I have a Cisco ID the main one, and I have 3 others. How do I add users created on main user Sandbox? I need to add 3 other users. When I go to add users, it gives me an error saying, Users not registered, however they are very well registered with Cisco ID.
