Anyconnect VPN connect fails - Potential security threat detected with secure gateway's server certificate

When attempting to connect to : devnetsandbox-us-sjc.cisco.com:20221

I get this error "Potential security threat detected with secure gateway's server certificate. Connect attempt has been terminated"

Anyconnect version 4.7.04056

Fixed the issue by disabling proxy setting in IE.
