Blank Sandbox - No Device

I reserved an empty Sandbox, which shows "Canvas Empty"  Are there any devices to add?  If so, how do you add device's to a blank canvas?

Please share which sandbox it is....some of the canvases look rather bare bones so you have to read the instruction pane on the left and see how to access devices.

It was the NO Blueprint Sandbox.

I've never heard of that sandbox; it doesn't turn up in search
