After a few succesfull sessions, 2 days ago the reservation of the Broadworks sandbox started to fail.
Its status remains "Active with error" for all the reservation time and canceling and redoing the subscription doesn't work (the new reservation starts with the same error). i tried yesterday and today and got the same error.
Error messages in the console:
error:Cannot assign account, please raise a case in sandbox forum
07:59:15 Errors occurred preparing environment. Please use the forum at https://communities.cisco.com/community/developer/sandbox for assistance
and
[Error 4150] The Group already exists, please use a unique Group ID.
The problem seems tied to the specific account, because I created a provisional account and it works as it should.
How can I get support for this topic? All support links point to this forum but this is clearly an account problem, not a technical one for the community...
