Can not connect to Devnet sandbox vpn

I have reserved Open NX-OS with Nexus 9Kv and I am not able to establish vpn connection to sandbox. I am getting following error. Can someone please help how to fix it.

Was it running previously at all ? Have you updated VPN software recently? I had to update it yesterday; Restart and update or install new version. 

also, there are diagnostic tools you could try.

I downloaded the latest version 4.9.043 from the link I received in the
initial email from Devnet Team. I also rebooted my machine multiple times
but It is still the same.

I confirmed I can telnet to it. *devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com:20221

Still driver error?  What Windows version?  32- or 64-bit?  if Win 10, have you updated windows?  Original Win10 gave me some issues, so I switched to Win 7.  Now, Win 10 works after lots of updates.

I think you do but make sure you have admin rights.

Try unchecking the IPv6 protocol for the AnyConnect networks adapter.
