Cannot access DNAC Appliance within 'Cisco DNA Center Lab 2' sandbox reservation

Good afternoon - 

I'm currently connected to my DevNet sandbox reservation via VPN. Everything within the sandbox is working as expected, except for DNA Center. When connecting to DNA Center via HTTP (as recommended by the lab guide), the attempt times out. I have attempted this from my personal desktop w/ VPN, and also via the DevNet jumpbox that is provided within the sandbox lab.

I cannot reach the DNA Center instance via HTTP/S, SSH, ping, etc. Please advise.

and it's unreachable.

with same credentials.
