Cannot book the UCCX or PCCE sandbox

I've been using the Devnet Collaboration labs for several years . Starting this year I noticed the following unpleasant changes:
1) A number of lab choices have been noticeably reduced. Some labs are not present there anymore

2) It takes 10+ days to get access to the lab if I book it today

3) Some days I see that the lab can be booked  only for 8 hrs

Are those changes permanent?

Is there any way of returning to the same level of lab access as we used to have earlier?

I don't like to write this, but I must agree: Recently there was a decrease regarding the quality of the DevNet eco system. I think this is due to the fact, that some key players left Cisco and also because of some Cisco internal restructuring. Let's hope this will soon change to the better again.
