I tried to establish VPN connection to Room Kit CE 9.6 sandbox with the following Lab Network Address: devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com:20198. However, I always get this prompt "
Connection attempt has timed out. Please verify Internet connectivity.". When checking at the log

I've tried to kill the session and restart again, but same problem persists after more than 9 hours. Can you help check what's going on?
Also, how can I open support case with DevNet Sandbox?
