Cannot login to UCCM using the provided password.

We are using the PUCCE 11.5 sandbox and are trying to login to the UCCE CM with Administrator and password but not able to authenticate.

Hi Derek,

Did you mean the HTTP credential for CM 10.10.20.30? It should be:

username: admin

password: C!sc0DevNet

Same result for either admin or administrator - Still cannot connect.

Hi Derek,

Actually the credential can be retrieved from the attribute of CUCM node in your topology view:

And I've tried a reservation against "Packaged Contact Center Enterprise" lab using admin/C!sc0DevNet and it is working here. Could you please share your reservation info with us so we can troubleshoot the issue for you?
