Updates to Sandbox Reservation Internet Access Policy

Due to changes in our networking policies, we are updating the internet access policy within our sandbox reservation instances.
Hosts will no longer have internet access outbound.
This should not affect the overall functionality or access to the resources within the sandbox instances, connecting via VPN.

Cisco Anyconnect : connection attempt has timed out. please verify internet connectivity

Trying to Connect to Cisco SD-wan Lab with VPN information received in email. I do have internet access.

Lab Network Address: devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com:20193

When using AnyConnect to login, I get below message

"Connection attempt has timed out. Please verify Internet connectivity."


And

I have connected from my moblie it is working

Hey there, given your information it would appear the port is being blocked, we have seen a number of ISP of late blocking the ports used in the devnet sandbox. You can check if the ports are open outbound to the destination. The port range will be anywhere from TCP 20100 through TCP 20354. If that's not working, keep in mind VPNs also use TLS (TCP 443) and DTLS (UDP 443). Though typically these are open in most organizations/providers.

I'm also facing the same issue. I guess it is because of our company Firewall, and right now cannot change it. I saw your comment about TSL and am thinking I can try it. But how can i use it? I am using win 10 and vpn client is anyConnect. How can i set it up for TLS? Did research on google but no luck :/

i am using home internet connection -  showing - connection attempt has timed out. please verify internet connectivity

 

After My mobile tethering connected to my PC (Laptop) it is connected !

after login username and password - error VPN login failed

Check your sandbox is still active.

Hi

After changes ports also same problem i am getting.

I have try port range will be anywhere from TCP 20100 through TCP 20354. It is not working,

I am using home internet
