Hi

I've connected to the vpn. I can ping the DNA Center but none of the switches or linux servers is pingable. Can they reprovision the lab or check if the 3850 switch is configured correctly

You can rediscover the devices if this does not work and you face the same problem/issues i can raise this with the ENG team to look more into this. Each sandbox is brought up for each user, it could be when the sandbox was being provisioned an error occurred.

Thanks Bigevilbeard @hapresto already had a look for me yesterday and he couldn't even connect to the switches on the console port. He said he is going to get an engineer to have a look to see what the issue is
