Clustered Firepower Chassis's Management port is not connected !!

When I checked the interface status of ETH1/1 on FXOS CLI, it says port is not connected and it is supposed to be the management interface of ASA. Whom to contact to correct this?

I checked the reservations this morning and your reservation ended earlier today.

Can you reserve the Firepower clustered chassis topology again? Once it is up we can look at your issue.

I tried to use the ASA clustering on the Firepower Chassis Manager lab. Tried multiple different things to bring clustering in the second box, 10.10.20.31.

1. I remove Eth1/1 as the management interface of ASA and added only Eth1/4 as it was the working port.

2. When trying to join the existing cluster on 10.10.20.31, Firepower Chassis Manager, I was receiving following errors.

3. Port type were similar to the 10.10.20.30 box, but for some reason it was constantly throwing this error.
