Connectivity issues when connected to NSO Sandbox VPN

Learning Labs on developer.cisco.com - connectivity issue.

I am trying to use developer.cisco sandbox to learn NSO.

I received separate VPN credentials for the same.

When I connect to the VPN, I cannot even connect to the learning labs to refer to the documents.

I saw a note that connecting to internet is disabled for the VPN. However, it should be able to connect to developer.cisco.com.

Hi,
I see you received the email regarding VPN info, but did you receive the mail stating the lab is ready? It sometimes take a while to start up....

Also, it is possible to dnload NSO and build your own lab for education purpose...if you have devices available...

Hi,

Thank you for your quick response.

Yes, I received a mail saying that the lab is ready and I am able to access the lab.

But I am not able to access the developer.cisco.com site to refer to documents/tutorials or the Lab GUI while connected to the VPN provided in the mail.

I have attached the screenshots and links.

Thanks!

You should be able to access the internet whilst on the anyconnect sandbox VPN, check your DNS/AC settings. The VPN is set up for split tunnel. I have seen this with a few users on Windows.

Hope this help.
