Consult transfer is not working for Unified Contact Center Express 11.6 Sandbox Lab

Hi there,

I have problem for consult call function in Cisco Finesse. But sometimes it is working and sometimes not.I have connected three remote desktop.On each remote desktop there is agent Signed in with their ID's.On first remote desktop agent is signed in as Agent001 with extension 6001.On second remote desktop agent is signed in as Agent002 with extension 6002.On third remote desktop agent is signed in as Agent013 with extension 6013.

                     When I place call from 6002 to 6001 ,6001 will answer the call and then communication start between them.And then 6001 consults the call to the 6013 but at 6013 call not reaches.It will not able to answer or drop the call. Sometimes at 6013 it is able to answer but sometimes not.

If anyone having solution please revert back on it.
