Is there a date for CUCM R14 sandbox availability for Developers?

Please correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like it's already released.

Please go to the SandBox Lab catalog and search for 'CUCM'

I searched the SandBox Lab catalog for 'CUCM' but it seems to be unavailable. Does anyone know why?
