DEVnet sandbox details not working

My devnet sandbox details is not working for anyconnect, can someone assist with this??

I just reserved one just to get details for anyconnect so i can proceed with my devnet associate coursework; os is windows 10

@olowotosine you did not mention which sandbox you had reserved, so unsure if this is an issue on your side or an issue with the sandbox itself rejecting your connection. Try turning off IPV6 on your WIFI and LAN adaptors, this can stop AnyConnect from working and connect on Windows.
