I had reserved DC lab, but I didnt get an email with connection details.
What is the problem?
How can I connect to my reserved lab?

I am having the same issue but with SD-WAN lab. Its showing the lab is active with errors. The error was it failed to start vmanage. After I started it the error was gone but I have not received an email

@joe.fodor if you sandbox has errors on build - no emails will be sent. Emails and details for the VPN/Sandbox are only sent once the sandbox has passed build checks. In this case - suggest canceling the reservation and reserve a new one. If this builds with errors, please start a new thread with issues outputs and problems seen.

cohenle@musc.edu in your reservation look for the tab which says 'output' if you click on this you can get your VPN details etc.. for your sandbox. A shell-like prompt will appear once you have clicked this tab.
