How do I cancel a Sandbox future reservation ?

Should be 'reservations' tab and then the square box on the right. There should be an option there or end perhaps. Hope this helps.

I have the same issue. It looks like the Delete button is greyed out and you can only delete ongoing reservations, which is a bummer.

It looks like the reservation is showing as "scheduled for me". I wonder if this is why I can't delete it. Do you have the same notification? When I click on "zowu" is shows the email to be "zowu@cisco.com".

From what I can tell, zowu@cisco.com is someone who is works at Cisco the back end of this specific stuff, helps out here in the forums regularly, too.

I think that was an automated process that ran as them, so the reservation has an ower of zowu.

(All of mine are the same way).

I opened up a support ticket related to this, but was told to post here since the "forum was monitored". It's been over 10 days and it doesn't seem like anyone is monitoring these posts. Anyone know of any other way to actually get some assistance?

This feature requires "admin" privilege and you cannot do it by yourself. Please let us know your future reservation# and we can "delete" it for you.
