How to have 2 concurrent AnyConnect VPN connections from 2 machines to 1 DevNet Sandbox CUCM 12.0 lab

Hi,

We are testing IM and File transfer in CUCM 12.0 with SQL Server as external database. For this we have booked DevNet Sandbox CUCM 12.0 Lab that comes with CUPS 12.0 We have 2 Jabber users: one on our Windows  test system with that's connected to CUPS via AnyConnect VPN, second jabber user is on the Windows 2012 server that is available in the lab on IP 10.10.20.100. These two jabber users are able to chat with each other.

For external database, we installed MS SQL Server 2014 on the same test system that has one jabber user running and configured successfully MS SQL Server as external database in CUPS. Now the chat messages are going to the database in MS SQL Server.

For external file server, we have a CentOS 7 linux system and installed AnyConnect VPN client on it. However we are not able to achieve connectivity between the Linux server and CUPS as the VPN allows only 1 system to connect to the lab at a time.

We require 2 concurrent connection to the Sandbox lab: one from external database server (with one Jabber user) and one from the external file server.

Is there any workaround so that we have 2 VPN user credentials that can connect from two different systems to same sandbox lab?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

We've setup additional VPN account for you and sent to you via email. And you can have your 2 servers connected to sandbox.

Thanks,

Bob
