IOS XE - Cannot access via terminal

Hi!

I reserved a IOS XE on Catalyst 9000 16.12 Code LAB.

I connected to the VPN successfully but when I tried to connect to the device via SecureCRT, the terminal displayed the following message: 'Connection timed out'

When I tried to ping the switch's IP, all packets were lost.

I don't know If there is another configuration that I have to do.

Can you ssh to the devbox in the reservation or is this unreachable for you also?

I've tried to ssh the devbox, but it's unreachable too.

Although the REST functionality was OK. I sent a request and I get a response in my IDE's terminal successfully . However, I needed to watch the CLI output in order to corroborate the response.

Thats kinda odd, normally when devices are unreachable, they are by all protocols/ports. I am not a secureCRT user for a long time, but there should be no magic changes here required to make this work, like different ports.
