IOSXE Device in the ZTP Sandbox is not reachable (SSH)

I have booked multiple Sandboxes booked for ZTP but the XE devices are not at all reach.

Yes, it is set up and connected.

Yeah, I am trying to SSH to that XE Machine but I am not able to.

If you ssh to host 10.10.20.48 (on port 22) what is the error you get? Can you not reach the devbox either on 10.10.20.50?
