Jabber JVDI for Windows - Can't open any virtual desktops in Citrix

Hello,

 

I started up a new Jabber JVDI for Windows sandbox, but when I try to open a virtual desktop (for any of the the four users provided) the window suddenly closes.

 

I can log in succesfully in Citrix with the users provided, but the desktops aren't opening.

 

What I'm trying to achieve is to make a simple call between two jabber client/users.

 

My lab ID is 2fe729ab-3447-43fd-9195-b1d51631e19f

 

Any help is appreciated!
