Lab failed to fully deploy, now is stuck in phase Teardown.

I started a Packaged Contact Center Enterprise 12.5 about an hour ago.  It was stuck at "Setup with Error" state.
I tried to end the session, now it is stuck at in the Teardown state and I can't make a new reservation.
Can someone remove this stuck session please?
