The following lab has a malfunctioning IR1101. While after the lab has finished setting up, the environment shows "Active (with error)". Moreover, the IR 1101 shows to not be properly started.

@jubor cancel the reservation and start a new/fresh one - this normally clears the error for me.

Thanks for the response. I have already cancelled the lab 3 times in total. Unfortunately, the problems reoccurs.

Might be an issue in the back end then, engineering team would need to look further.
