Meraki Dashboard Sandbox Account Reset

The account associated with the Always-On sandbox is currently locked.  Can someone please reset it?

Is this fixed? I am having similar problem. I am unsure whom to reach out for this.

Apologies...this has been reset and the MFA should be turned off.  Please let us know if you find further issue.

The account associated with the Always-On sandbox is currently locked again.

I know ☹. I’m very sorry about this. I misunderstood that the fix was still in the works and this is still the case. I’m tracking the fix and hope to update here shortly

The account has been locked out again. Can anyone please fix this?

Perhaps the Meraki “reserve” sandboxes can suit the needs of some until this is fixed.
