Meraki Small and Enterprise SandBoxs are no longer in the catalog list

Hello everyone,

I don't see Meraki Small and Enterprise Sandbox in the catalog anymore. Last time I've attempted to reserve, but it never ended setting up the lab and never received "lab ready" email. Is this a known issue? Please help.
