Moving libyang used in Ydkgen to the latest master libyang

Hi,

Currently ydkgen uses a forked version of libyang (https://github.com/ygorelik/libyang). Is it possible to the latest version of libyang ?

It's part of Cisco DevNet. I am exactly not sure on which Cisco platform it belongs to.

@rohan-iyer the best way is that you have done and create an issue on the repo https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/ydk-gen/issues/1100 - as you noted as libyang is a decency of YDK, DevNet just hosts the repo.
