Hi,
I have successfully reserved the lab. But there is no VPN information sent to me via email. Hence, i can't access the lab.
Pls help

Hi Eng,
The lab ready mail was sent to your registration email xxxx-asia.com. Please ensure the email address is still in use.
And you also can capture VPN information from reservation's output window:

Hi Bob,
Thanks for the reply. My CCO id email indicated the correct email address and not xxx-asia.com.
May I know where else can I change the email setting ?
