Multi-IOS sandbox - no VPN information emailed

Hi,

 

I have successfully reserved the lab. But there is no VPN information sent to me via email. Hence, i can't access the lab.

 

Pls help

Hi Eng,

 

The lab ready mail was sent to your registration email xxxx-asia.com. Please ensure the email address is still in use.

 

And you also can capture VPN information from reservation's output window:

Thanks for the reply. My CCO id email indicated the correct email address and not xxx-asia.com.

May I know where else can I change the email setting ?

You can unicast your current email to me and we can apply it within our sandbox environment.

My email address is eng-wee.chuah@dimensiondata.com.
Will this apply to all other subsequent sandbox lab as well ?

Your sandbox email is changed. And you will get email once you spin up a new reservation using your new mail address.
