Trying to implement External Call Control Profile.
1. Dev environment and local server is Mac.
2. Sandbox does not have access to internet.
3. Cisco Unified Real-Time Monitoring Tool does not run on Mac (we can get the linux version to run but it throws an exception when trying to access logs - `at com.jidesoft.combobox.AbstractComboBox$DefaultTextFieldEditorComponent.setText(Unknown Source)`)
So, we thought we'd just run the Real-Time Monitoring Tool on windows and the dev on mac and just connect them both to the VPN... but when we try that we always get a connection error on the machine (windows or mac) that is not currently connected.
We can probably get more dodgey and try and run parallels on mac and a tunnel from the windows machine to the mac machine and connect the windows desktop to the VPN but it's a bit complicated. If we had internet connection from the sandbox we'd just publish the dev env on the mac via ngrok and connect to that.
