Multiple VPN connections to the same sandbox

The same VPN credentials cannot be reused a second time on another PC, but I have read you can add an additional user during the reservation, and receive separate VPN credentials. The problem is, in the reservation interface, permitted users list, the interface does not allow to do add any additional users (No results match), although the other user has an email address in the same domain.

Because the previous sandbox became unusable, I had to reserve a new sandbox.

Could we have a second VPN account added for this sandbox when it is ready (it is currently still in setup stage)?
