Not able to connect to Firepower Management Center REST API

Hi

I could reserve the lab, could enter, but anytime I try to access https://fmcrestapisandbox.cisco.com/api/api-explorer/ with the credentials supplied, I only get:

• description: "The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it",

• reasonPhrase: "Forbidden",
• uri: "http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec10.html#sec10.4.4"

}

I'm using Chrome.

What can be the problem ?

Just tried Firefox and got the same answer from the server:

It looks like the server is actively refusing the access.

do you have valid credentials? is your fmc sandbox reservation active? i would also try IE if you have it.

Yes I have now 40min left of the reservation time.

And I'm using the credentials I received by mail (which the same that appear on the "OUTPUT" window).

IE didn't worked either.

I'm giving up and will try it again tomorrow.
