Maybe you’ve already solved it, but I’m leaving this comment in case it happens to someone else.

The same thing was happening to me. I would copy and paste the IP address into my browser, enter the username and password as they were, and it didn’t say they were incorrect; it just kept asking for the credentials again.

In my case, the problem was that when I pasted the IP address, the browser added http://10.10.20.90, but it should be https:// — the 's' was missing. Once I added it, it let me log in with the credentials

Hi Arief,

can you please let us know which SD-WAN lab are you using? maybe share the URL.

Hi Arief,

if you're using the Cisco D-Cloud lab, try vManage using username admin and password C1sco12345. If this is not working, maybe the admin account might have be locked from multiple wrong access. You can re-schedule the lab again and check. if the issue continues, open a case with https://dcloud2.cisco.com/support/

Why is this still not resolved? I am having the same issue with the Cisco SD-WAN 20.12 reservable lab looks like it is running on CML. I can get to the webpage of the SD-WAN Manager but creds arent working for me either.

@juanbh255 are you using https or http for the UI?
