not able to reserve collaboration 12.5 lab

I am not able to reserve collaboration 12.5 lab and always it shows conflict errors

as an alternative I want to reserve 14.0 lab but it's not available 

I don't understand what's wrong

can anyone check and please guide me with this issue?

@ kiran are you getting conflict errors as you have a reservation set up already or conflict that you cannot reserve due to the sandbox already being reserved by another user?

I am getting conflict errors as ""Cannot create reservation due to the following conflicts: One or more of the resources are already reserved"

but I didn't reserved any lab

Check in your reservations and see if there is anything pending, you can delete and remove old reservations.
