NSO Sanbox - Active with errors... two devices are not reachable

Good morning,

I reserved the NSO Lab this morning and it Active (with errors) but I can't find what the errors are...

I started the lab and the obvious happened, there are two devices that are not reachable (dist-sw01 and dist-sw02).

Is it fixable or should I terminate the lab and restart over?

Hey there, yes please try that in the first instance (cancel that one and spin up a new one). If the error(s) happen again, please advise. Sometimes it does take longer for other devices to fully power/boot up fyi.

Hope this helps.

I ended the reservation and rescheduled it... Still came with two errors this time and still experiencing connection errors with switches devices...

I found those two errors from the "Activity tab":

  1. Cisco Modeling Labs_10db-983b: The selected resource driver does not contain 'GetInventory' function and is not valid for Auto Load
  2. NSO_c313-983b: The selected resource driver does not contain 'GetInventory' function and is not valid for Auto Load

And this error from the "Output" window:

  1. 17:40:30 Errors reported during Setup for resource [Cisco Modeling Labs_10db-983b]

Thanks, lets see if we can fix this up for you,

Still got the same two errors from the Activity window.

  1. Cisco Modeling Labs_9784-7c75: The selected resource driver does not contain 'GetInventory' function and is not valid for Auto Load
  2. NSO_e1a4-7c75: The selected resource driver does not contain 'GetInventory' function and is not valid for Auto Load

There are no errors on the Output window though.

At the beginning of the lab, from the devbox, I was able to ping all devices (10.10.20.[170-181] & 10.10.20.49).

After a while (~15-20 min), I'm not able to connect using NSO to dist-sw01 & dist-sw02... And also unable to ping their respective ip (10.10.20.177 & 10.10.20.178).

I ended the lab and reserved it again. Still the same situation...
