After reserving PCCE12.0 and trying to access UCCE instance through the web/api is throwing this database error on login page.
Web Error:
Could not determine the current deployment type. Ensure that the database is accessible and try again.
API Error:
{ "apiError": { "errorMessage": "Cannot connect to the database; make sure that SQL Server is running.", "errorType": "internalServerError.databaseNotAvailable" } }
Tried to terminate the whole cluster and reserved a new one, experiencing the same error. can you help with this error?

I am facing the exact same issue in the sandbox.

Hi, Did not see any response with possible options to resolve the issue. I would maybe a try different PCCE version if you are not particular about 12.0

AW database of PCCE 12.0 is now recovered. Please let us know if web/api working or not.

Thanks a lot... I actually ended up using the 12.5 sandbox and that worked without any issues.
