Permitted users cannot receive the emails using Unified Contact Center Express 11.6

Hello Admin/Support,

I have created a Sandbox and before starting it I have indicated a user to allow access. But the email with the credentials has not arrived.

  

Sandbox ID: 0967713b-0370-4019-8088-53788a367ba5

permited user: enggayroe@gmail.com

 

can you help me to send a vpn for permited user
