Hi, there.

I've made a reservation for sandbox.
Could you please issue two additional accounts?

My bad, the max-vpn-session is now increased to 10. I've connected from 2 local PCs.

Your simultaneous VPN connections is updated to 3. Please use same credential for your another VPN sessions.

I tried to use the same VPN accounts at two PC's.

One is OK, but the other isn't connected.

Please connect three VPN sessions for three PC's.

I assume that "accountA/passwordA, accountB/passwordB, accountC/passwordC".

Another 3 accounts are created and sent  to you by mail. We also extended your reservation with 1 day to ensure you have enough time to check these accounts.

But I can't make it yet.

 

I can connect several accounts to VPN sessions in one PC.

But I can't do it in two PC's at the same time.

(only one is successful, but the other is failed.)
