reservation expired before i got started

i had an 8 hour reservation to begin at 7pm - until 3am.  however I got an email much earlier that the reservation was ready at 1pm.  unfortunately i wasn't able to begin. when i tried to login at 11pm - i found the window had closed.  

is there a time-zone issue that i'm missing?  

should i always expect that an earlier window might be given?

@wmoody329 scheduled reservations are pretty solid, i haven't had had any issues before like this. Check your location timezone under your username.
