Reservation of Broadwork sandbox failes during reservation

Hi,

I am trying to deploy a Cisco Broadworks sandbox. But during the reservation it fails with the below error (I edited the error to remove personal info). The sandbox ID is: adf251a7-140b-4bb9-9c28-392f4a320a9e To me it looks like something goes wrong during the reservation of the sandbox. The documentation states I should receive an email with the login details. I have not received an email, but most likely because the reservation failed.

I guess only Cisco can resolve this ?

@bigevilbeard Thank you for the quick reply. I can see the Broadworks SandBox has been taken of the list of available sandboxes. Any idea when it will be back ?
