sanbox -vpn ok ,but ping failed

Thanks for your  support

 

As you can see from the attached capture , the VPN connected pretty well.

But I could not access to the lab device,could you plz give a piece of advice ?

based on the document , ping should be successful with 10.10.20.50 , but it was failed in my end ,however the VPN connection was ok .

You should be able to ping the address 10.10.20.50 which represents the External NAT address of the virtualization host on which the devbox instances and the development environment (devbox) are running.

There might not be the correct route on the XR/NXOS/XE devices to route traffic back over the VPN. Can you get to the XR/NXOS/XE using the devbox as a jump host?

@xiaoyash if you can ssh into the devbox, once you have logged in there, ssh to the routers or switch and use the devbox as your jump host into the sandbox.
