I have similar problem. The password shared for the VPN connectivity never worked.   devnetsandbox-usw1-reservation.cisco.com:20197.

That's unfortunate. It happens from time to time. Have you tried ending the reservation and getting another one? Is this sandbox AppDynamics as well?
