Hello,
I'm having problems with Sandbox Reservation.
I cannot receive the email before and after the reservation.
Is there any chance you could look and verify my email settings?
This was working before and there is nothing in the SPAM folder.
However, I changed the company and my CCO is pointing to new email.
I'm happy to pass the details over PM.

Hello,
I discovered my email address is set to the old one (with old company).
Is there any chance we can change it? There is no option in the user settings so I'm not able to do it on my own.
On the https://developer.cisco.com page, Settings > Account/Notifications there is correct email address but not on https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com

As workaround I used the OUTPUT button as suggested by @bigevilbeard in the other thread.
However, I still need to change the email of devnetsandbox.cisco.com
