I can confirm that it is still not working and is timing out.

Output from cURL below (postman is not working either)

```
*   Trying 64.103.37.54...
* Connected to sandboxapicdc.cisco.com (64.103.37.54) port 443 (#0)
* found 148 certificates in /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt
* found 597 certificates in /etc/ssl/certs
* ALPN, offering http/1.1
* gnutls_handshake() failed: Error in the pull function.
* Closing connection 0
curl: (35) gnutls_handshake() failed: Error in the pull function.
```

Hello

we have restored the service. Please retry and see if u still encounter an issue.

Thanks for looking into that.

The device is now responding, however it does not seem to be accepting standard headers. Perhaps I am missing something, but this seems like it should be a fairly straight forward request.

curl -X POST \

  https://sandboxapicdc.cisco.com/api/v1/ticket \

  -H 'Cache-Control: no-cache' \

  -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \

  -H 'Accept: application/json' \

  -d '{

  "username": "********",

  "password": "********"

}' \

  -k

Response:

{"totalCount":"1","imdata":[{"error":{"attributes":{"code":"6","text":"Output format was not specified (possible options: .xml|.json)"}}}]}

Are you sure that everything is ok with that service?

Hi,

Has anyone been able to login to the sandboxapicdc APIC-EM using the API, since Craig marked the issue as resolved?

thanks.

Hey,

Did you got to resolve this error? i am facing the same issue.

Sorry, no I did not, I gave up in the end.
Managed to use some kit at my work instead.
