Socialminer - CCP : IP Whitelisting

Hello Everyone,

I am using Unified Contact Center Express 12.5 Sandbox. I am unable to open administration page link of CCP provided in the Sandbox, as the UI is by default restricted. This link shows that we can use a command in CLI to add the IP, however I am unable to understand where exactly to give this command for my sandbox instance, to whitelist my IP.
