The banner states that the Sandbox environments would be up today (9/29/25) . Is there a specific time that the environments would be up again?

It is unfortunate, but they don't provide any kind of SLA for the sandboxes. If you rely on the availability of these systems you should consider building your own lab/test infrastructure.
Maybe you can give us an update on this @jokearns1?

Apologies for the delay. We are working through multiple issue which occurred over the weekend along with a serious security advisory which must be addressed.
We are working to correct and will update this thread later.

Thanks for your patients.
We have finally come through the other side and have opened up the portal.
We are operating at reduced capacity but plan to increase this in the coming days. Please also be aware that we have removed Collab 14.0 and PCCE due to security concerns with those labs.

Hi @jokearns1, can collaboration and PCCE labs be restored in the future, at least with a small number of labs? I am eagerly waiting for the restoration of those labs for the practice session.

It is tough to access DCloud, not user-friendly like the sandbox. And when I try to access any lab in DCloud, I am getting this error message: "Sorry, we are unable to access this content. Please contact the support team: dcloud-support@cisco.com.". Please do the needful to get access for PCCE lab practice session.

@dhamodharan_cisco you will need to contact your Cisco account manager then to get access to dCloud or follow that email to get access.
