Unable to access APIC 10.10.20.42

I have ACI Hardware lab reservation. I could connect successfully to Cisco network using Cisco VPN client. But I am unable to access the APIC server https://10.10.20.42. Could you please help?

Even I am also not able to login 10.10.20.42 or any other VM inside this lab. None of the IP are pinging. I am connected to VPN and getting below config.
